Raspberry Pretzel Jello Salad-By Jani

2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar

Mix these ingredients and pat in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400* for 8 minutes. Let cool.

1 cup sugar
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 8 oz cool whip

Mix sugar and cream cheese. Then fold in cool whip. Spread on cooled crust. Chill in refrigerater.

1 6 oz pkg raspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg (12oz) frozen raspberries.

Mix jello and boiling water until disolved. Add frozen raspberries while jello is still hot. Let jello congeal slightly then pour over crust and cream cheese mixture.

Refrigerate and enjoy!

  1. I love recipes! I really don't cook enough of them, but I sure do love collecting them. These all look wonderful. Maybe I'll have to try a few. :)
