Tearsa's Sugar Cookies

1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter (softened)
2 eggs
1teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
5 cups flour

Mix together and then place in fridge until cold. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 350* for approx. 8-10 minutes.

Frosting
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cup powdered sugar
